Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. That’s why we offer the following policy: If you cancel more than one month in advance, you’ll receive a 100% refund of your payment. If you cancel between one month and one week before the session, you’ll receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than one week in advance, the deposit is non-refundable. You are entitled to one free rescheduling, as long as the request is made at least one week in advance, subject to availability.
